Pilates Classes

Location:- Bridge of Allan Sports Club

Tues Morning – 09.45am to 10.45am (Beginners/Improvers)

Tues Evening – 7.30pm to 8.30pm (Mixed Ability)

You are welcome to come to a morning or evening class which is ideal if you miss your normal class. Classes suitable for all fitness levels.


As this is a discounted rate, it is advisable that all 6 classes should be taken each week. If you prefer, you can take your classes on a PAYG basis.

What to wear?

Loose, stretchy, comfortable clothing. As Pilates is done in either our bare feet or socks, you don’t need to worry about trainers. You may wish to bring along a small hand towel and some water. Bring a mat if you have one, we always have a couple of spare ones just in case.

Pregnancy Pilates

Safe Pilates exercise routines for all three trimesters. If you are planning on having a baby, currently pregnant or have recently given birth then these classes are ideal for you!

The next 6 week block runs from Monday 9th April – Monday 14th May, Coneyhill Studio, Bridge of Allan.

Day/Time:- Monday 8pm – 8.55pm

Cost:- £65 per 6 week block.

Places are limited to 8 class members.

Private Classes

If you want a bit of “me time,” can’t manage the group classes or need a more specialised class for specific spinal/muscular disorders then a Private Pilates Class is ideal for you.

You’ll get your own tailor made programme which you will work on during each class. You’ll also be emailed videos of your workout describing the exercise routines.

Jacquie Robertson

I always loved going to fitness classes and am old enough to remember those awful leotards and headbands from Aerobics Classes in the 1980’s! It was my love of fitness that made me decide to make the leap of faith and become a fitness teacher myself.

I qualified as a Callanetics Teacher in 2006, and subsequently my journey led me to becoming a Pilates Teacher. I’m also a certified BarreConcept Teacher.

I teach Pilates at Gleneagles Hotel and Bridge of Allan Sports Club. Rehab and 1 to 1 clients come along to my home studio.

An Honours Design Graduate from the Glasgow School of Art, I ran my own Graphic Design company working with key clients such as Ineos and SEPA.
