Tues Morning – 09.45am to 10.45am (Beginners/Improvers)
Tues Evening – 7.30pm to 8.30pm (Mixed Ability)
You are welcome to come to a morning or evening class which is ideal if you miss your normal class. Classes suitable for all fitness levels.
6 WEEK BLOCK PAYMENTS
As this is a discounted rate, it is advisable that all 6 classes should be taken each week. If you prefer, you can take your classes on a PAYG basis.
What to wear?
Loose, stretchy, comfortable clothing. As Pilates is done in either our bare feet or socks, you don’t need to worry about trainers. You may wish to bring along a small hand towel and some water. Bring a mat if you have one, we always have a couple of spare ones just in case.
