Tuesday Morning – 09.45am to 10.45am
Tuesday Evening – 7.30pm to 8.30pm
Classes run as 6 week blocks – progressing the levels every week. Each class takes you through the fundamentals of Pilates. As you progress, developments and/or modifications will be added to your workout. Upon completion, we move onto the next block.
You can come to a morning or evening class which is ideal if you miss your normal class. Club members are entitled to a discounted rate. Classes suitable for all fitness levels.
Blocks can be purchased as either 4 or 6 week blocks (classes must be taken each week). Click here for our fees.
What to wear
Loose, stretchy, comfortable clothing. As Pilates is done in either our bare feet or socks, you don’t need to worry about trainers. You may wish to bring along a small hand towel and some water. Bring a mat if you have one, we always have a couple of spare ones just in case.
