Pilates Classes

Tues Morning – 09.45am to 10.45am / Tues Evening – 7.30pm to 8.30pm

Location:- Bridge of Allan Sports Club

All classes run as six week blocks. You can come to a morning or evening class which is ideal if you miss your normal class. Classes suitable for all fitness levels.

What to wear?

Loose, stretchy, comfortable clothing. As Pilates is done in either our bare feet or socks, you don’t need to worry about trainers. You may wish to bring along a small hand towel and some water. Bring a mat if you have one, we always have a couple of spare ones just in case.

Jacquie Robertson

An Honours Design Graduate from Glasgow School of Art, with a solid background in Graphic Design. I’ve been working in the Health and Fitness industry for over 11 years.

On Monday and Friday mornings you can find me at Gleneagles Hotel where I teach Pilates to Club Members and hotel guests. On Tuesdays I teach Pilates Classes in Bridge of Allan.

I’m fortunate that my life/work balance allows me to be able to remain working in the creative industry sector. When I’m not teaching Pilates I’m designing websites for clients.

Private Classes

If you want a bit of “me time,” can’t manage group classes or need a more specialised class for specific spinal/muscular disorders then a Private Pilates Class is ideal for you.

You’ll get your own tailor made programme which you will work on during each class. You’ll also be emailed videos of your workout describing the exercise routines.

Private Pilates Classes are available either:-

  • in our Stirling Studio
  • in the comfort of you own home
  • or via Skype
