Launching Autumn 2017
We are launching Pilates for Pregnancy Classes this Autumn. If you are planning on having a baby, currently pregnant or have recently given birth then these classes are ideal for you.
The classes will cover pre-conception, nutrition, mindset, meditation and give structured, safe exercise routines for all three trimesters.
THE BENEFITS OF DOING PILATES DURING PREGNANCY
By doing Pilates during pregnancy, a mother can provide the best physical and emotional environment for themselves and for their baby. It will not only help during the delivery process via our meditation techniques but will help mum recover more quickly afterwards.
As a woman’s body changes shape during pregnancy it’s important that good posture is maintained pre and post natal. This reduces stress and strain on the muscles and joints, improves blood supply and will help combat back pain.
The classes will also cover how to detect Diastasis Recti (Diastasis means separation. Recti means the Rectus Abdominus) and will teach exercise do’s and don’ts to recover those tummy muscles.
The classes will run in the Stirling and surrounding area and will launch in the Autumn. Dates and venues to be confirmed soon.
