Safe Pilates exercise routines for all three trimesters. If you are planning on having a baby, currently pregnant or have recently given birth then these classes are ideal for you!
The classes will start on Monday 12th February 2018 at Coneyhill Studio, Bridge of Allan.
Day/Time:- Monday 8pm – 8.55pm
Cost:- £65 for 6 classes / £120 for 12 classes / Drop in £12
Places are limited to 8. To guarantee your space a 10% deposit is required.
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF DOING PILATES DURING PREGNANCY?
By doing Pilates during pregnancy, you can provide the best physical and emotional environment for you and your baby. It will not only help during the delivery process via our meditation breathing techniques but will help you recover more quickly afterwards.
As a woman’s body changes shape during pregnancy it’s important that good posture is maintained pre and post natal. This reduces stress and strain on the muscles and joints, improves blood supply and will help combat back pain. The classes will also teach exercise do’s and dont’s to recover those tummy muscles.
We will be using small Pilates Balls, and resistance bands and loops. All equipment provided. The studio in Bridge of Allan provides the ideal calm environment to help you relax and enjoy Pregnancy Pilates.
