Our Group Mat Pilates Classes run on Tuesdays at Bridge of Allan Sports Club, Mine Road, Bridge of Allan.

Tuesday Morning Classes
Classes will be closed from Tuesday 4th July until Tuesday 25th July.
New morning class term starts Tuesday 1st August.
Tuesday Evening Classes
Classes will be closed from Tuesday 18th July until Tuesday 25th July.
New evening class term starts Tuesday 1st August
Classes run as 6 week blocks – progressing the levels every week. Each class takes you through the fundamentals of Pilates. As you progress, developments and/or modifications will be added to your workout. Upon completion, we move onto the next block.
You can purchase either 4 or 6 week blocks (classes MUST be taken each week.) You are welcome to come to any of the classes which is ideal if you miss your normal class. Club members are entitled to a discounted rate. Classes are suitable for all fitness levels.
What to wear
Please wear lose stretchy and comfortable clothing. As Pilates is done in either our bare feet or socks, you don’t need to worry about trainers. You may wish to bring along a small hand towel and some water. Bring a mat if you have one, we always have a couple of spare ones just in case.
