Location:- Bridge of Allan Sports Club
All classes run as six week blocks. You can come to a morning or evening class which is ideal if you miss your normal class. Classes suitable for all fitness levels.
What to wear?
Loose, stretchy, comfortable clothing. As Pilates is done in either our bare feet or socks, you don’t need to worry about trainers. You may wish to bring along a small hand towel and some water. Bring a mat if you have one, we always have a couple of spare ones just in case.
