LATE SUMMER TERM TIMES (8th Aug – 12th Sept)
- Tuesday Morning Class – 09.45am – 10.45am
- Tuesday Evening Class – 7.30pm – 8.30pm
Following this, the next two term blocks are:-
19th Sept – 24th Oct and 31st Oct – 5th Dec.
As I commit to renting the room, it is important that minimum numbers of 6 are achieved each week.
Classes are run as 6 week blocks – progressing the levels every week. Each class takes you through the fundamentals of Pilates. As you progress, developments and/or modifications will be added to your workout. Upon completion, we move onto the next block.
You can come to a morning or evening class which is ideal if you miss your normal class. Club members are entitled to a discounted rate. Classes suitable for all fitness levels.
What to wear
We advise loose, stretchy, comfortable clothing. As Pilates is done in either our bare feet or socks, you don’t need to worry about trainers. You may wish to bring along a small hand towel and some water. Bring a mat if you have one, we always have a couple of spare ones just in case.
