FUNDAMENTAL INTENSE INTERVAL TECHNIQUE

Created by Jacquie Robertson, this unique class is an energetic cardiovascular Pilates based routine is aimed at increasing the heart rate then slowing it down.

Perfect for those people with experience of Pilates who are looking for something a little more challenging.

The class consists of a 5 minute warm up,  25 minutes of interval training, 10 minute light weights section, followed by a 10 minute cool down and stretch out recovery section.

Designed to get the heart pumping, the blood flowing, kick start the metabolism and melt away fat. You work with 7 sets of 2 exercises at a time at 30 second intervals, with short 10 second recovery/turnaround breaks.

NB: If you have any medical conditions please check with your GP before booking this class. Not suitable for beginners.

For best results we recommend combining with our Total Cleanse Programme.
