In 2015 I was lucky enough to do a workshop with Lolita San Miguel. She is only one of two people to have been personally certified by Joseph Pilates.

I spent a great day with Lolita learning lots of invaluable information about the Pilates method and the great man himself – Joseph Pilates. I am delighted to have been given this rare opportunity to work with Lolita as she usually works from her studio base in Florida, USA.

My Mat Based Pilates Classes are suitable for all fitness levels. All classes are run as 6 week blocks, progressing the levels every week. Each block will take you through the fundamentals of Pilates and as you progress developments and modifications will be made to your workout. Upon completion, we move onto the next block.
