Group Mat Pilates

Are you are interested in joining a group Pilates Class? Then sign up for my Tuesday Morning Pilates Class at Bridge of Allan Sports Club. The class runs every Tuesday morning at 09.45am.

This class is suitable for all levels of fitness – and all ages. It runs as 4 week block and I would encourage you to endeavour to attend each week.

Your class is structured with a 7 minute mobility warmup, 45 minute main workout and a lovely relaxing 8 minute cool down stretching routine. 

You will leave your class feeling refreshed, elongated and strong!

 

HEALTH SCREENING FORM

Before starting your class with me it is important you complete a Health Screening Form. Please note that if you have any underyling medical conditions you are advised to speak to your GP before joining this class. I reserve the right to refuse you entry. Please bring along an exercise mat. Complete Form
